Summary
Four cherry tomato cvs. (‘Favorita’, ‘Goldita’, ‘Flavorino’, ‘Organza’) on two substrates: cocofibre and rockwool were grown in 2005 and 2006. The yield and quality of cherry tomato fruit were affected mostly by the cultivars. No significant difference between yield and quality parameters of tomato fruits in comparison with rockwool showed cocofibre as a good and environment friendly substrate.
